目的:探讨和分析体外膈肌起搏联合祛痰药物在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)排痰困难患者的应用价值.方法:42例排痰困难的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各21例.对照组患者仅给予祛痰药物常规治疗,治疗组患者给予体外膈肌起搏物理治疗联合祛痰药物治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效.结果:治疗组咯痰困难患者症状的改善率90.48％,患者舒适度改善率85.71％,总有效率95.24％,对照组治疗总有效率为61.90％,比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:体外膈肌起搏联合祛痰药物在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)排痰困难的患者中具有积极的治疗作用,能够提高临床疗效,降低患者的感染率及患者的舒适度.
