提高各级领导干部的素质和能力是全面落实科学发展观,实现经济社会全面协调可持续发展的关键。随着社会的不断发展,工作中出现的新情况、新问题,干部培训显得更为紧迫和重要。传统培训方式特别是基层干部教育中普遍存在着各种矛盾和瓶颈,为建立切实可行、符合实际的干部培训机制显得尤为必要。
Improving the quality and ability of leading cadres at all levels is the key to the full implementation of the scientific concept of development and the achievement of a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development. With the continuous development of society, new situations and new problems appearing in our work and cadre training have become even more urgent and important. Traditional training methods, especially grassroots cadres education, are commonly found in various contradictions and bottlenecks. It is especially necessary to establish a practical and realistic training mechanism for cadres.
