2003年SARS的爆发,暴露了传染病监测和报告存在的问题[1,2]。国务院卫生部明确提出建立畅通的疫情信息网络,2004年1月1日卫生部正式启动突发公共卫生事件和传染病疫情网络报告系统[3]。近10年来,武汉市卫生应急工作以处理各种突发事件、新发疾病、不明原因疾病和重大传染病暴发疫情为中心,以完善应急体系、健全制度、创新机制为重点,着力加强卫生应急预案、应急队伍、应急演练、保障支撑等工作,不断提高应对突发公共卫生事件的能力与水平。
The outbreak of SARS in 2003 exposed the problems of infectious disease surveillance and reporting [1,2]. The Ministry of Health of the State Council explicitly proposed the establishment of an unimpeded epidemic information network. On January 1, 2004, the Ministry of Health officially launched a network of public health emergencies and infectious diseases epidemic reporting system [3]. In the past 10 years, the work of health emergency response in Wuhan has focused on dealing with emergencies, new diseases, unexplained diseases and outbreaks of major infectious diseases, and focused on improving the emergency response system, sound system and innovation mechanism, and focused on strengthening health emergency response Plan, emergency team, emergency drills, support and other work, and constantly improve the ability and level of response to public health emergencies.
