目的:进一步了解急性白血病 ( AL)形态、细胞化学、免疫分型及髓过氧化物酶基因 ( MPO m RNA)表达。方法:采用细胞形态学、细胞化学染色、间接免疫荧光法和链亲和素 -胶体金原位杂交法对 137例 AL 患者进行分型。结果 :4 1例急性淋巴细胞性白血病 ( AL L)中有 5例表达髓系抗原 ,7例 MPO m RNA表达为阳性 ;91例急性髓系白血病 ( AML)中有 8例表达淋系抗原 ,所有髓系均不同程度的表达 MPO基因。 5例为 FAB不能分类的 AL( U AL) ,其中 1例表达淋系抗原 ,2例表达髓系抗原 ,3/ 5例 MPOm RNA为阳性。 结论 :联合分析 AL 形态学、细胞化学、免疫学及 MPO m RNA表达等特点 ,对于 AL 的诊断和指导治疗均有重要意义。此分型弥补了 FAB分类法的不足
Objective: To further understand the morphology, cytochemistry, immunophenotyping and the expression of myeloperoxidase gene (MPO m RNA) in acute leukemia. Methods: 137 cases of AL patients were classified by cell morphology, cytochemical staining, indirect immunofluorescence and streptavidin-colloidal gold in situ hybridization. RESULTS: Myeloid antigens were expressed in 5 of 4 acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cases and positive in 7 cases of MPO m RNA. In 91 cases of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), 8 cases expressed lymphoid antigen, All myeloid lines expressed different degrees of MPO gene. Five patients were classified as AL (U AL) with FAB classification. One patient expressed lymphoid antigen, two patients expressed myeloid antigen, and 3/5 MPOm RNA was positive. Conclusion: The combined analysis of AL morphology, cytochemistry, immunology and MPO m RNA expression is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of AL. This classification makes up for the lack of FAB classification
