为了提高电火花加工的稳定性,减少电弧烧伤,保证加工质量,在加工放电过程中迫切需要随机准确地检测并显示出脉冲加工的各种状态,而过去只能靠示波器来进行观察监视。1982年本所采用了“时空法”这一最新设计思想,研制成功了可代替示波器的BDK-1型电火花加工监视器。经全国有关科研单位、大专院校、工厂等48个单位严格鉴定,该监视器技术性能具有国内先进水平,荣获北京市优秀科技成果奖。
In order to improve the stability of EDM, reduce the electric arc burns and ensure the processing quality, it is urgent to detect and display various states of the pulse processing randomly and accurately in the process of EDM. In the past, the oscilloscope was used to observe and monitor only. In 1982, we adopted the latest design idea of “space-time law” and successfully developed the BDK-1 EDM monitor that can replace the oscilloscope. The relevant scientific research units, tertiary institutions, factories and other 48 units strictly identified, the technical performance of the monitor with the domestic advanced level, won the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Achievement Award.
