利用基因重组技术获得的生技霉素对胚胎影响的研究结果表明,生技霉素经口服给药的三个剂量组和阳性对照环磷酰胺组小鼠孕鼠体重均未受明显影响,但环磷酰胺组吸收胎率和死胎率明显增加,活胎率减少,环磷酰胺对胎鼠有明显致畸作用(P<0.001)。生技霉素大剂量对胚胎有一定毒性,所致吸收胎比阴性对照有所增加,但对胎鼠未见致畸作用
