减径对冷轧管内表面质量的影响

高质量管材的技术条件规定:管材内表面不许有粗大的缺陷。因此管材需进行超声波检查。生产的钢管若有缺陷,其潜藏深度在壁厚5%以下者是允许的。当缺陷(包括裂纹)潜藏深度小于壁厚的5%时就不易发现了。作者在《钢管冷轧时内表面皱折的形成》一文中指出,钢管在ХПТ轧机上轧制时内表面皱折和裂纹形成的主要原因是减径管段内径的减小和管壁的增厚。为了研究09Cr18Ni9钢管以to/do The technical conditions of high-quality pipe provides: no obvious defects on the inner surface of the pipe.
