通过对浑河流域降雨、产流、产沙特性分析和降雨、径流、输沙资料统计,采用成因分析法建立了适合该流域的降雨——径流和降雨——产流经验关系。用水文法和水保法对流域80年代减水、减沙量计算的结果表明,所减水量中,降雨和流域治理的作用分别占41.5%和58.5%;所减沙量中,降雨和流域治理的作用分别占21.1%和78。9%。
Based on the rainfall, runoff, sediment characteristics analysis and statistical data of rainfall, runoff and sediment transport in the Hunhe River Basin, the empirical relationship between rainfall-runoff and rainfall-runoff was established by using the method of genetic analysis. The results of hydrological and water conservation laws on the calculation of water and sediment reduction in the 1980s showed that the effects of rainfall and catchment control accounted for 41.5% and 58.5% of the total water reduction respectively.
