1 前言兰州石化公司炼油厂140万t/a重油催化裂化装置脱丙烷塔已运行6年。2002年4月首次检验,对其顶部和底部的内表面(因中部有塔盘,外部有保温)的焊缝进行抽检,发现在塔底3道环焊缝(编号H1、H2、H3)及环缝之间的纵焊缝(编号Z1、Z2)(见图1)均存在大量裂纹,为查清裂纹产生的原因及安全状况,故对此塔进行了较详细的检验和分析,并对裂纹进行了处理。
