[目的]观察半夏秫米汤对睡眠剥夺大鼠八臂迷宫空间学习记忆能力的影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将清洁级Spargue-Dawley雄性成年大鼠40只适应性喂养3d后随机分为正常对照组、模型组、半夏秫米汤高、中低剂量组,每组8只。用D.Suchecki改良多平台法进行睡眠剥夺。同时开始给药,经胃灌服半夏秫米汤(半夏20g,秫米30g)。按人体用药量10倍、5倍、2倍换算用药量,分别为10g/(kg.d)、4g/(kg.d)、2g/(kg.d),灌胃容积为1 mL/kg。其它两组灌服等体积的蒸馏水。于000时进行旷场实验(水平运动、垂直运动)、八臂迷宫实验(行走时间)。观测行为学及记忆能力变化。[结果]旷场实验与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠的水平运动得分及垂直运动得分明显下降(P<0.01);与模型组比较,中药低、中剂量组大鼠的水平运动得分及垂直运动得分明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01)。八臂迷宫记忆能力检测与正常对照组比较,模型组所用时间、错误总数升高(P<0.01),首错前正确数降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,中药低、中剂量组大鼠所用时间、错误总数降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),首错前正确数升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]半夏秫米汤具有改善睡眠剥夺大鼠焦虑行为、好奇度降低及空间学习记忆能力的作用。

Compared with the normal control group, the time and errors in the model group increased (P <0.01), and the correct number in the first-order error decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, The time spent in rats, the total number of errors decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), the correct number before the first mistake increased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). [Conclusion] Pinelliae Decoction can improve anxiety behavior, reduce the degree of curiosity and the ability of spatial learning and memory in sleep deprived rats.
