隔震橡胶支座的耐火性能通常较差,威胁着隔震结构(特别是层间隔震结构)的火灾安全。在ISO 834标准升温条件下,通过2个采用厚型防火涂料的隔震橡胶支座的明火试验,对比分析了隔震橡胶支座在火灾前、后的力学性能。利用ANSYS软件,分析了试验支座的内部温度场,并与实测结果进行了对比。研究结果表明:对于采用厚度50mm的防火涂料和相应构造措施进行保护处理的隔震橡胶支座,在持续3h的明火试验后,无铅芯橡胶支座和铅芯橡胶支座的表观特征均无明显变化,各项力学性能指标与受火前相比变化幅度均小于8%,水平极限变形能力满足现行规范要求;验证了隔震橡胶支座防火保护措施的有效性。
Isolation rubber bearings are generally poor in fire resistance, threatening the fire safety of isolated structures, especially those of a layered isolation structure. Under the condition of ISO 834 standard temperature, the mechanical properties of the isolated rubber bearings before and after fire were compared and analyzed through the open flame test of two isolated rubber bearings with thick fire-retardant coating. Using ANSYS software, the internal temperature field of the test support was analyzed and compared with the measured results. The results show that the apparent characteristics of the lead-free core rubber bearing and the lead rubber bearing after three hours of open flame test are both for the rubber bearings with 50mm thick fire-retardant coating and corresponding structural protection No significant changes, the mechanical properties of the indicators compared with the fire before the change of less than 8%, the level of the ultimate deformation ability to meet the current norms and requirements; verify the effectiveness of isolation rubber bearings fire protection measures.
