目的用HPLC法测定蒲公英颗粒中咖啡酸的含量。方法用C18柱,以甲醇一磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸二氢钠1.56g,加水使溶解成1000ml,再加1%磷酸溶液调节pH值至3.8~4.0,即得)(25:75)为流动相,检测波长323nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果咖啡酸在0.1954μg~0.5862μg间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为102.53%。结论本法操作简单,结果准确,可有效地控制蒲公英颗粒的质量。 Objective To determine the content of caffeic acid in dandelion granules by HPLC. Method using C18 column, methanol-phosphate buffer (take 1.56g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, add water to dissolve into 1000ml, add 1% phosphoric acid solution to adjust the pH to 3.8-4.0, that is) (25:75) Mobile phase, detection wavelength 323 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml/min. Results The caffeic acid had a good linear relationship (r=0.9998) between 0.1954 μg and 0.5862 μg. The average recovery was 102.53%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and can effectively control the quality of dandelion particles.
