同志们:今年全国卫生工作会议,是在去年中央工作会议关于搞好国营大中型企业的决策和八中全会《关于进一步加强农业和农村工作的决定》的精神指导下召开的。根据李铁映同志的指示,这次会议邀请了各省、自治区、直辖市政府主管卫生工作的领导同志出席,主要讨论《中国卫生发展与改革纲要》,研究部署1992年的卫生工作。
Comrades: The National Health Work Conference this year was convened last year at the Central Work Conference on the decision-making of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises and the spirit of the “Decision on Further Strengthening Agricultural and Rural Work” of the Eighth Plenary Session. According to the instructions of Comrade Li Tieying, the meeting invited leading comrades in charge of health work in the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government to discuss the “China Health Development and Reform Program” and study the deployment of health work in 1992.
