研究了Ni3Al,FeAl合金及溅射CoCrAlY涂层在熔融盐腐蚀过程中的阻抗谱特征根据合金在熔融盐腐蚀过程中表面氧化隐形成的特点。井结合阻抗实验结果,提出了金属材料在熔融盐腐蚀过程中的电化学阻抗模型;当合金表面形成完整、致密的氧化膜时,其阻抗谱呈双容抗弧特征;反之,当氧化膜疏松、多孔时,则表现为受氧化剂扩散控制;当合金表面氧化膜不完整或金属涂层遭受局部较快腐蚀时,则通常表现为双容抗弧特征
The characteristics of impedance spectra of Ni3Al, FeAl and sputtered CoCrAlY coatings during the corrosion of molten salt were studied based on the characteristics of the surface oxidation of the alloy during the molten salt corrosion. Well impedance test results, the electrochemical impedance model of metal material in molten salt corrosion process was proposed. When the alloy surface formed a complete and dense oxide film, the impedance spectrum showed double capacitive arc characteristics; on the contrary, when the oxide film loose , When porous, the performance is controlled by the diffusion of oxidant; when the surface oxide film is incomplete or the metal coating is subjected to localized corrosion, it usually appears as double capacitive arc
