[目的]了解化州市级、镇级、个体医疗机构的消毒卫生质量,防止医源性感染的发生,促进医疗机构消毒质量的提高。[方法]按卫生部《消毒技术规范》、GB 15982-1995医院消毒卫生标准和GB 15981-1995消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准的方法和要求,于2006~2007年对化州市级、镇级、个体医疗单位共58家进行消毒检测。[结果]检测使用中消毒液、医务人员手、物表、空气(手术室、妇产科、注射室、检查室)、紫外线灯等各种样品共3 956份,合格3 016份,合格率76.2%,市级、镇级和个体三级医疗卫生单位的合格率依次为92.4%、77.6%、58.9%,三者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),各类样品中合格率较高的是使用中的消毒剂(87.0%),最低的是空气中的细菌含量(57.6%)。[结论]化州市各级医疗卫生单位消毒效果不平衡,镇级及个体处于较低水平,要加大力度对镇级医院及个体诊所的监督、监测力度以及加强医务人员消毒知识的培训。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection and hygienic quality of Huazhou municipal, township and individual medical institutions, to prevent the occurrence of iatrogenic infection and to promote the improvement of disinfection quality in medical institutions. [Methods] According to the Ministry of Public Health “disinfection technical specifications”, GB 15982-1995 hospital disinfection and health standards and GB 15981-1995 disinfection and sterilization methods and methods of evaluation methods and requirements of the standard, from 2006 to 2007 on the state level , The town level, a total of 58 individual medical units for disinfection testing. The pass rates of municipal, municipal and individual tertiary health care units were 92.4%, 77.6% and 58.9%, respectively, with statistically significant differences (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The disinfection effects of medical and health units at all levels in Huazhou are not balanced. The townships and individuals are at a low level. It is necessary to intensify the supervision and monitoring of the township hospitals and individual clinics and to strengthen the knowledge of disinfection of medical staff.
