在社会化大生产的条件下,煤矿的每一个生产环节和工作岗位,都是煤炭生产不可分割的组成部分。全面协调好方方面面的生产经营活动,保证矿井生产顺利进行,也就成为煤炭企业管理过程中一项十分重要的工作。我矿是一个拥有近万名职工的大型生产矿井。从1990年10月份起,实行了由服务对象对矿井生产辅助、后勤单位的工作质量和服务态度综合考评、以分计奖的尝试,有效地调动了广大职工的积极性,促进了生产。
