由于小学生的身心发展还没有稳定,所以小学阶段是学生不断犯错,接受教育,再改正的过程。无论老师还是家长,在对孩子进行教育时,出发点总是好的,但往往感叹收效不佳,甚至头痛不已。面对学生屡教屡犯的错误行为,应该怎样引导,才更有利于学生改正错误行为呢?下面通过一些例子从心理学的角度去学习有关教育引导方面的艺术和技巧。
