一、一般情况 陶然亭公园在北京外城南侧偏西先农坛的西面。陶然亭是金“中都域”的城廂区,其间的慈悲院于清康熙卅三年改名陶然亭。四周原是苇塘洼地,塘边密布着几千座坟墓。解放时这里已成为垃圾堆置场。在规划公园范围内还有抱冰堂和龙泉等等原有建筑物。东北部有一座制药厂,不久迁往别处。 在城市总体规划中,陶然亭是与先农 I.
