HD9802S/Kasalath的杂交后代经多代农艺性状选择和自交纯合,共获得30个家系(291个选系)。对亲本、家系中高组织培养力相关的QTL(q Sv1和q Sc1-1)进行了检测,并对亲本、家系的成熟胚组织培养力进行了比较,结果发现亲本和家系均含有这2个QTL;HD9802S的愈伤组织诱导率低于Kasalath,绿苗分化率高于Kasalath,组织培养力与Kasalath相当;选出了9K18和9K19 2个组织培养力高的家系,其组织培养力分别为51.07%和54.80%,显著高于亲本HD9802S(26.88%)和Kasalath(27.12%),且其农艺性状明显优于Kasalath。
A total of 30 pedigrees (291 lines) were obtained from the crosses of HD9802S / Kasalath through multiple generations of agronomic traits and selfing and homozygous selection. The QTLs (qSv1 and qSc1-1) related to the high tissue culture ability of the parents and their families were tested. The maturation embryos of parents and families were compared. The results showed that both parents and families contained these two QTLs The callus induction rate of HD9802S was lower than that of Kasalath, the differentiation rate of green plantlets was higher than that of Kasalath, and the tissue culture power was similar to that of Kasalath. The two families of 9K18 and 9K19 with high tissue culture power were selected and their tissue culture power was 51.07% And 54.80%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of HD9802S (26.88%) and Kasalath (27.12%), and their agronomic traits were significantly better than that of Kasalath.
