稻瘟病田间自然诱发病圃法是目前自然接种类应用最广的方法,成本低、操作简便。病圃应设置在不同水稻生态区域的稻瘟病常发、重发区,并插植合适的感病诱发品种群。广东3个病圃设置合理、小种多样性、代表性好,年度间鉴定结果稳定可靠。2004~2006年对145个广东省区试品种在病圃进行的抗性鉴定,结果表明参试品种在米质、产量提高的同时稻瘟病抗性水平均有所提高。说明将病圃作为抗性筛选基地对亲本或低分离世代进行抗瘟筛选有益于降低抗病育种的盲目性和年限。
Rice blast naturally induced nursery method is the most widely used natural vaccination method, low cost, easy to operate. Nursery should be set in different paddy rice ecological areas of the frequent blasting, reclamation areas, and planting appropriate susceptible varieties. Guangdong 3 nurseries set reasonable, species diversity, representative of the good, the annual results of the identification of stable and reliable. From 2004 to 2006, 145 Guangdong Province cultivars were identified for resistance in the nursery. The results showed that the resistance of rice cultivars improved in both rice quality and yield. The results showed that the use of disease nursery as a resistance screening base for screening of parents or low-segregation generations is beneficial to reduce the blindness and duration of disease-resistant breeding.
