煤层回采过程中,受支撑应力的作用工作面前方煤岩体被破坏,注浆技术是控制煤岩体破坏的有效途径,而注浆工艺对于注浆效果的优劣具有重要意义。以山西某矿为试验矿井,采用层次注浆工艺和传统注浆工艺对其巷道破碎围岩进行加固,并对注浆效果进行对比分析。数据表明:层次注浆工艺注浆速度较传统注浆工艺快了40%;层次注浆工艺段巷道变形量明显小于传统注浆工艺段;层次注浆工艺能使浆液在煤岩体裂隙内得到有效充填,完整性有较大提高;层次注浆工艺煤壁有较小部分落下,但不影响采煤机正常回采,而传统注浆工艺煤壁比较破碎,完整性差;层次注浆工艺整体优于传统注浆工艺。
