目的:探讨养心开郁片对抑郁症模型大鼠行为活动和学习记忆的影响。方法:造模方法为慢性轻度不可预见性的应激模型加孤养,观察对大鼠1%蔗糖偏嗜度、Morris水迷宫实验完成的影响。将SD大鼠随机分成6组,即空白对照组、模型组、盐酸氟西汀组、养心开郁片高、中、低剂量组(1 500,750,375 mg.kg-1)。造模同时ig给药,每日1次,连续给药28 d。均按10.0 mL.kg-1给药,对照组、模型组ig等量蒸馏水。结果:养心开郁片中、低剂量组均能增加1%蔗糖水偏嗜度;高、中、低剂量组均能缩短Morris水迷宫中定位导航的潜伏期;中、低剂量组能增加空间搜索时在第四象限的持续时间和路程及穿越目标的总次数;与模型组相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:养心开郁片可改善抑郁症模型大鼠的行为和记忆能力,具有一定的抗抑郁作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yang Xin Kai Yu Pian on behavioral activity and learning and memory in depression model rats. Methods: The modeling method was chronic mild unpredictable stress model plus solitary, and observed the effect of 1% sucrose bias degree and Morris water maze test in rats. The SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control group, model group, fluoxetine hydrochloride group, Yang Xin Kai Yu Tablet high, medium and low dose groups (1500, 750, 375 mg.kg-1). Simultaneously modeling ig administration, 1 day, continuous administration of 28 d. According to 10.0 mL.kg-1, the control group and model group were given the same amount of distilled water. Results: Both Yixinkaiyou Tablet and low dose group could increase 1% sucrose water partiality; the high, medium and low dose groups could shorten the navigation and navigation latency in Morris water maze; middle and low dose group could increase the space The duration and distance traveled in the fourth quadrant and the total number of crossover attempts in the search quadrant were statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01) compared with the model group. CONCLUSION: Yang Xin Kai Yu Pian can improve the behavioral and memory abilities of depression model rats and has certain antidepressant effect.
