目的了解吸烟对广州社区居民血脂、尿酸水平的影响。方法选取2009年广州市海珠区高血压流行病学研究的人群中有吸烟情况、血脂、血尿酸等完整资料者,比较不同吸烟状况居民的血脂、血尿酸水平。结果在广州市海珠区高血压流行病学研究的人群中,有吸烟情况、血脂、血尿酸等完整资料者共2 149名,其中男842名,女1 307名;从不吸烟者1 669名,吸烟者387名,93名已戒烟;吸烟者TG明显高于从不吸烟者(P<0.01),HDL-C及ApoA、ApoA/ApoB比值均明显低于从不吸烟者(P<0.01),吸烟对TC、LDL-C以及ApoB无明显影响(P>0.05)。吸烟量对血压、血脂水平无显著影响,吸烟量≥20支/d的居民ApoA水平有降低趋势(P=0.055)。从不吸烟者的血尿酸水平明显低于吸烟及戒烟者(P<0.01)。结论血HDL-C降低和尿酸升高可能与吸烟导致心血管疾病有关。
Objective To understand the effects of smoking on the levels of blood lipids and uric acid in Guangzhou community residents. Methods The data of smoking status, blood lipids, blood uric acid, etc. among the population of hypertension epidemics in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City in 2009 were selected to compare the blood lipids and serum uric acid levels of residents with different smoking status. Results Among the population of hypertension epidemiological study in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City, there were 2 149 complete sets of information on smoking status, blood lipids and blood uric acid, among which 842 were male and 1,307 were female; and 1 669 were never smokers , 387 smokers and 93 smokers had quit smoking. TG was significantly higher in smokers than in never smokers (P <0.01), but HDL-C, ApoA and ApoA / ApoB were significantly lower in smokers than in never smokers (P <0.01) , Smoking had no significant effect on TC, LDL-C and ApoB (P> 0.05). There was no significant effect of smoking on blood pressure and blood lipid levels, and the ApoA level of residents with smoking> 20 cigarettes per day decreased (P = 0.055). Serum uric acid levels in never smokers were significantly lower than those in smokers and smokers (P <0.01). Conclusions The decrease of blood HDL-C and uric acid may be related to smoking-induced cardiovascular diseases.
