未来十年,我国幼儿入园总人数和年均新增人数将持续大幅增加,社会对合格专业幼儿园教师的需求亦会同步增长。而当前幼儿教师不仅数量严重不足,且专业资质亟待提高,学历结构亟需优化。因此,培养相当数量的高素质的幼儿园教师已经成为当今学前教育专业工作的重中之重。山东英才学院学前教育实验教学中心的建设是以培养在质量的基础上保证相当数量的师资为目标导向的,而建构何种实验教学中心的模型是实现目标导向的关键。以山东英才学院学前教育实验教学中心的建设为例,探讨学前教育专业要建构的实验教学中心模型,望能引起同行对于如何建设学前教育实验教学中心的讨论及指导、建议。
In the next ten years, the total number of children admitted to the park and the average annual number of newly added children in our country will continue to increase substantially. The demand for qualified professional kindergarten teachers in the society will also increase at the same pace. At present, not only the number of kindergarten teachers is seriously insufficient, but also the professional qualification needs to be improved urgently. The academic structure needs to be optimized. Therefore, to cultivate a considerable number of high-quality kindergarten teachers has become the most important task in today’s pre-school education. The construction of pre-school experimental teaching center in Yingcai College in Shandong Province is based on the training of a large number of teachers with the objective of quality assurance. The key to achieving the goal-orientation is to construct a model of the experimental teaching center. Taking the construction of pre-school experimental teaching center of Ying Ying Cai in Shandong as an example, this paper discusses the model of experimental teaching center to be constructed by pre-primary education, hoping to arouse the discussion and guidance of how to build pre-pre-school experimental teaching center.
