超声引导下经皮穿刺肿瘤组织间植入125Ⅰ放射粒子,是晚期肿瘤及转移瘤治疗的重要方法之一。我院2001-12～2002-08应用该方法治疗癌复发或癌转移患者13例,取得了较好的近期疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1治疗资料本组在超声引导下定位经皮穿刺肿瘤组织内置入125Ⅰ放射粒子13例
