各有关机构: 随着我国职业安全健康管理体系工作的开展,国家经贸委2001年第30号公告《职业安全健康管理体系指导意见》及《职业安全健康管理体系审核规范》的发布,特别是今年6月29日《安全生产法》的颁布,由安认委2000年颁布的《职业安全卫生管理体系咨询机构管理规定(试行)》已不能适应职业安全健康管理体系咨询机构备案管理工作的需要。为了进一步加强对咨询机构的备案管理,规范咨询机构的行为,推动职业安全健康管理体系快速、健康地发展,全国职业安全健康管理体系认证机构认可委员会
