近几年来,山东天然气管网在数字管道信息化建设方面先后建立了SCADA系统、生产管理信息系统、工业电视监控系统、GPS巡检信息系统等,在生产运营管理中发挥了重要的作用。但目前还没有系统能够对管道周边地理地貌、管道埋设、穿跨越、应急抢险线路等情况进行可视化展示,尤其是管道建设初期的各穿越点管道断面图,只能在档案室查询,这就致使在管线的规划、施工、维护过程中没有有效的信息支持。该系统利用完善的山东天然气管网1:5万地形图,并在此基础上,进行管道断面图矢量化,同时实现管道周边地理地貌等直观展示,并将管史管道、GPS数据校准,应急管理、线路培训与考核纳入其中,共同组建一个系统化,功能化的管道管理信息系统,为天然气长输管道的管理、施工、安全运行提供直观明了的科学依据。

Based on this, the system conducts the vectorization of the pipeline section map and realizes the visual display of the geography and geography around the pipeline. The system also manages the history pipelines, GPS data calibration, emergency Management, line training and assessment into them, and jointly set up a systematic and functional management information system for pipelines, providing a clear and scientific basis for the management, construction and safe operation of natural gas long-distance pipelines.
