再保险监管是再保险发展的重要一环。我国再保险发展历史较短,再保险监管落后且存在较多问题。在我国加入WTO后,由于法定分保取消和市场的全面开放,民族保险业将面临较大冲击。本文着重分析了我国目前再保险监管存在的问题和再保险发展的国内外环境因素,提出一些关于再保险监管改革的基本思路,以期通过再保险监管的改革,增强我国再保险业的竞争力。
Reinsurance regulation is an important part of reinsurance development. The history of China’s reinsurance development is short, and the reinsurance regulation lags behind and there are many problems. After China’s accession to the WTO, due to the cancellation of statutory reinsurance and the full liberalization of the market, the national insurance industry will face a greater impact. This paper analyzes the current problems of reinsurance regulation in our country and the domestic and international environmental factors of reinsurance development and puts forward some basic ideas about reinsurance regulatory reform in order to enhance the competitiveness of reinsurance in our country through reformation of reinsurance regulation.
