肺结核是一种常见的慢性传染病,近些年来在职工家属中患病率较高,不少病人由于治疗不当,延年不愈,影响生产劳动和生活,个别甚至死亡,部分病例成为耐药难治结核,在社会中传播,致使结核病蔓延。造成此种情况的原因之一是对现症结核病治疗用药不恰当、不规则、不充分、不彻底、忽视整体治疗所致。本文复习国内部分结核病治疗资料,结合我院收治结核病的体会,就如何提高肺结核的治愈率,谈谈以下几个问题,供讨论参考。
Tuberculosis is a common chronic infectious disease. In recent years, the prevalence among workers and staff members is high. Many patients have prolonged unhealthy lives due to improper treatment, affecting their working and living lives. Some people even die and some cases become resistant Tuberculosis refractory, spread in society, resulting in the spread of tuberculosis. One of the reasons for this is the current situation of inappropriate, irregular, inadequate and incomplete medication for tuberculosis, ignoring the overall treatment. This article reviews some of the domestic TB treatment data, combined with our experience in tuberculosis treatment, on how to improve the cure rate of tuberculosis, to talk about the following issues for discussion and reference.
