一、发展过程新化公路养护段在当地党政的领导与重视之下,于去年9月份在潮水公社,试行了一个民工建勤代表工与合同工相结合的劳动组织形式。从几个月来的实际情况看,我们认为:比起单纯的代表工或合同工的组织形式,更具有它的优越性。潮水公社共有16个大队,公路通过公社的里程为17.8公里。去年9月,县养护段在这里推行了民工建勤代表工的试点,共上29人;至12月初,经过协商,订立合同,又在代表工的基础上,抽出15人,发展了合同工的专业养路队。
