给出了一种新型的制作长周期光纤光栅方法。在200℃高温下,利用高温金属胶将光纤粘贴到周期性波纹金属状结构上,当该器件降温到常温时,长周期光纤光栅形成。测试了该类光栅的温度特性,发现了光栅光谱谐振峰随温度调节而改变,并讨论了其机理。该器件可以用于实现可调谐滤波器和衰减器等器件。最后探讨了改变光纤直径易于成栅。
A new method of fabricating long period fiber grating is given. At 200 ℃ high temperature, the use of high-temperature metal adhesive paste fiber to the periodic corrugated metal structure, when the device cooled to room temperature, the long-period fiber grating formation. The temperature characteristics of this kind of grating were tested. It was found that the resonance peak of the grating changed with the temperature regulation and its mechanism was discussed. The device can be used to implement tunable filters and attenuators and other devices. Finally, it is easy to change the diameter of the fiber into a grating.
