转炉炼钢厂连铸机拉矫辊的内冷方式存在缺陷,通过在辊子内部安装新增水管和连接套等,保证了辊子内部的冷却水能形成回路,使辊子的使用寿命得到了提高。
The internal cooling method of straightening roller of continuous casting machine in converter steel mill is deficient. By installing new water pipe and connecting sleeve inside the roller, it is ensured that the cooling water in the roller can form a loop and the service life of the roller is improved.
