“以安全为最高利益”,“让安全成为一种习惯,让习惯变得更安全”。这就是中国铝业中州分公司的企业安全文化特色。中国铝业中州分公司以“崇尚安全技术,追求本质安全”为方针,以“零缺陷、零事故、零伤害(零职业病)”为目标,出台了一系列强化安全生产的新举措,着力营造“全员崇尚安全、人人关爱生命”的具有中州特色的安全文化。2003年实现重伤以上(含重伤)事故为零,2∞4年实现轻伤以上事故为零。安全文化体系建设取得显著成效安全理念:以安全为最高利益、员工是企业最宝贵的财富。安全目标:零缺陷、零事故、零伤害
