重庆市人民政府令第280号《重庆市价格监测办法》已经2014年4月10日市人民政府第43次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2014年7月1日起施行。市长黄奇帆2014年4月17日第一条为规范价格监测工作,保障价格监测信息的及时性、准确性和真实性,发挥价格监测在宏观经济调控和价格管理中的重要作用,根据《中华人民共和国价格法》和有关法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本市行政区域内的价格监测活动适用本办法。本办法所称价格监测是指政府价格主管部门对重要商品和服务价格及其相关信息进行跟踪、采集、
