采用LSAB免疫组化法检测66例大肠癌中PCNA和CEA的阳性表达。结果:PCNA阳性57例(86.4%),CEA阳性55例(83.3%)。中等分化大肠癌与高分化大肠癌,其PCNA阳性表达有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而CEA阳性表达在大肠癌高、中和低分化组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。PCNA和CEA阳性表达在大肠癌分级中起到重要的作用。Dukes′B期和Dukes′C期,其PCNA和CEA的阳性表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果表明PCNA和CEA阳性表达的大肠癌,阳性强度越高,说明癌的分化程度越低,浸润性强,转移快。两者同时检测,起到互补作用,可作为估价预后的一个有效指标。
LSAB immunohistochemistry was used to detect the positive expression of PCNA and CEA in 66 cases of colorectal cancer. Results: There were 57 cases (86.4%) positive for PCNA and 55 cases (83.3%) positive for CEA. There was a significant difference in the positive expression of PCNA between moderately differentiated colorectal cancer and well-differentiated colorectal cancer (P<0.01). However, the positive expression of CEA was significantly different between high, moderate and poorly differentiated colorectal cancers (P<0). .05). The positive expression of PCNA and CEA plays an important role in the grading of colorectal cancer. Dukes’ B and Dukes’ C, the positive expression of PCNA and CEA were significantly different (P <0.05). The results showed that the positive expression of PCNA and CEA positive colorectal cancer, the higher the positive intensity, indicating that the lower the degree of differentiation of cancer, invasive and rapid metastasis. The simultaneous detection of the two can play a complementary role and can be used as an effective indicator to estimate the prognosis.
