目的:以ICU特殊科室为研究对象,探讨5S管理法在药品管理中应用效果。方法:通过对ICU科室的药品进行5S理论管理,以此来保证该科室的所有药品都处于功能状态,从而提高药品的使用效率。所谓5S管理,指的就是通过整理(Seiri)、整顿(Seiton)、清扫(Seiso)、清洁(Seiketsu)、素养(Shitsuke)这五个方面来对药品进行的管理,通过比较实施5S管理前后,ICU科室的药品使用效果的不同,从而得出结论。结果:ICU在采用5S管理法后,相关的护理人员在交接班时比之前更加认真负责,能够对相关药品做到了如指掌,工作起来得心应手,使得各药品的到位率达到了100%。结论:ICU使用5S管理后,最大可能性地提高了抢救效率,保证了患者能够在第一时间得到药品。该项模式的实施,对ICU乃至整个医院都有着非常重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To study the application of 5S management method in drug administration in ICU special department. Methods: By 5S theoretical management of drugs in ICU departments, in order to ensure that all drugs in the department are in functional status, thereby improving the efficiency of drug use. The so-called 5S management refers to the management of medicines through Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke. Before and after the implementation of 5S management, ICU departments of different drug effects, and concluded. Results: After adopting 5S management method, the related nurses were more serious and responsible when they handed over the shift and were able to do a good job of knowing the relevant drugs and working with ease. All the medicines were put in place with a rate of 100%. Conclusion: ICU use 5S management, the maximum possible to improve the efficiency of the rescue, to ensure that patients can get the drug in the first time. The implementation of this model is of great importance to the ICU and the entire hospital.
