3 内生肌酐清除率(Ｃｃｒ)在排除了外源性肌酐的干扰 ,肌肉容积及活动量相对恒定的条件下 ,2 4小时内血清及尿中肌酐含量的差别不大。而且 ,肌酐绝大部分由肾小球滤过 ,肾小管既不吸收也极少排泌 ,肾脏的肌酐清除率基本上可以反映肾小球滤过率。实验已证明 ,留取 4小时尿代替
