玉米籽粒中淀粉磷酸化酶活性与淀粉积累的动态变化是一致的。败育粒的淀粉磷酸化酶活性低于正常粒,过氧化物酶活性高于正常粒,随着生长发育的进展差别愈加显著。正常粒生长后期某些过氧化物酶同工酶谱带消失。玉米籽粒败育可能与过氧化物酶活性高从而造成生长素亏缺有关。
The dynamic changes of starch phosphorylase activity and starch accumulation in maize grains are consistent. The activity of starch phosphatase of aborted grain was lower than that of normal grain, and the activity of peroxidase was higher than that of normal grain. The difference was more significant with the progress of growth and development. Some of the peroxidase isozymes disappear in the late stage of normal grain growth. Abortion of maize kernels may be related to the high activity of peroxidase and the auxin deficiency.
