目的了解2003—2016年绍兴市15~24岁青少年艾滋病流行特征,为制定针对性防控措施提供依据。方法收集2003—2016年绍兴市15~24岁艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)的疫情报告资料,对病例的三间分布、感染途径、病例来源等资料进行分析。结果 2003—2016年绍兴市累计报告15~24岁HIV/AIDS病例325例,绍兴市各县(市、区)均有报告,以非绍兴市户籍人口为主,占64.00%;男女比为2.46∶1;职业分布以农民/民工最多,占31.08%,其次为商业服务/公共场所服务,占22.46%。以性接触传播为主,同性性接触传播占41.23%,异性性接触传播占51.08%;不同户籍、文化程度、婚姻状况和职业青少年HIV/AIDS性传播方式差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),本市户籍、高中/中专及以上文化程度、未婚和学生同性性接触传播比例较高。病例以咨询检测和专题调查检出最多,分别占16.92%和15.07%。结论绍兴市15~24岁青少年HIV/AIDS病例以外市户籍男性为主,性接触传播是主要传播途径。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of HIV / AIDS among adolescents aged 15-24 years in Shaoxing from 2003 to 2016, and to provide basis for making targeted prevention and control measures. Methods The data of epidemic situation of HIV / AIDS patients aged 15-24 years from 2003 to 2016 in Shaoxing were collected. The three distributions, the ways of infection and the source of cases were analyzed. Results A total of 325 HIV / AIDS cases aged 15-24 years were reported in Shaoxing City from 2003 to 2016. All the counties (cities and districts) in Shaoxing were reported, with 64.00% of non-residents in Shaoxing, and a ratio of 2.46 : 1; occupations are distributed by farmer / migrant worker, accounting for 31.08%, followed by commercial service / public place service, accounting for 22.46%. Sexual contact transmission was the mainstay, with 41.23% of homosexual contact transmission and 51.08% of heterosexual contact transmission. There were significant differences in sexually transmitted forms of HIV / AIDS among different family register, educational level, marital status and occupational adolescents (all P <0.05 ), The city domicile, high school / secondary technical school education and above, unmarried and students with a higher proportion of same-sex contact. The most cases were detected by consultation and special investigation, accounting for 16.92% and 15.07% respectively. Conclusion The cases of HIV / AIDS among adolescents aged 15 ~ 24 in Shaoxing are dominated by male domicile in the city. Sexual transmission is the main route of transmission.
