目的:探讨鸡骨草胶囊中主要原料药栀子的含量测定鸡骨草胶囊方法及提取工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定鸡骨草胶囊有效成分含量,应用正交设计法优选栀子提取工艺。结果:栀子苷在0.06~1.2μg(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.28%(RSD=1.18)。结论:该方法简便、有效、准确、重复性好,可用于鸡骨草胶囊有效成分的提取和测定。
Objective: To investigate the content of Fructus Gardenia, the main raw material in Jigucao Capsule, to determine the method and extraction technology of Jigucao Capsule. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the content of effective components in Aizhucao Capsules. The orthogonal design method was used to optimize the extraction of Gardenia jasminoides. Results: Geniposide had a good linearity in the range of 0.06-1.2 μg (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 101.28% (RSD = 1.18). Conclusion: The method is simple, effective, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the extraction and determination of the active ingredients in JGG.
