1 病例介绍 患儿,男,5个月,1997年12月28日入院,诊断为硬膜下脑积液,给予10％葡萄糖500ml加头孢噻肟钠1.0g,分2次静脉滴注。用药2d后,患儿耳后、面部眼脸上下出现少量药物性皮疹,红色,散在。第3天用药后背部及四肢出现大量皮疹,烦燥不安,哭闹,并伴有腹泻、呕吐等消化道症状。肌肉注射盐酸异丙嗪0.75mg抗过敏治疗,患儿逐渐安静,消化道症状减轻。后改用苄星青霉素,未出现过敏反应,亦未出现消化道不良反应。3d后皮疹消退。
1 case description Children, male, 5 months, admitted to hospital on December 28, 1997, was diagnosed as subdural hemorrhage, given 10% glucose 500ml plus cefotaxime 1.0g, divided into 2 intravenous drip. After medication 2d, children ear, facial eye face up and down a small amount of drug rash, red, scattered. On the third day, a large number of rashes appeared on the back and extremities, irritability, crying and gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting. Intramuscular injection of promethazine hydrochloride 0.75mg anti-allergy treatment, children gradually quiet, reduce gastrointestinal symptoms. After switching to benzathine penicillin, no allergic reaction, nor gastrointestinal adverse reactions. After 3d rashes subsided.
