如何从学生向幼儿教师转换,并适应幼儿教师角色,是每个新教师要面对的难题。幼儿园新教师入职初期面临现实与期望存在较大落差、缺乏教学实践经验、人际关系难以适应等困境,影响着她们的角色转换与适应。自我调整、积极应对,外在的关注、支持与帮助,实践中不断反思与学习等策略,可以帮助新教师顺利度过这些困境。
How to change from students to kindergarten teachers and adapt to the role of kindergarten teachers is a challenge that every new teacher faces. Kindergarten teachers face many shortcomings in reality and expectation, lack of practical experience in teaching and interpersonal relationships are difficult to adapt to such difficulties, affecting their role conversion and adaptation. Self-adjustment, positive response, external attention, support and help, practice and continuous reflection and learning strategies can help new teachers to overcome these difficulties.
