Taoist culture originates from Huang Lao philosophy, which is the most precious spiritual heritage that Chinese civilization dedicates to mankind. Its advocacy of life style with pure heart and indifference, philosophical idea of harmony of moderation and political thought of small state and widowed people are in harmony with people’s mind and body Health, ideological independence, and individual freedom. Therefore, it has been gradually recognized by the elite community. With the further spread of Taoism, more people will use this valuable intellectual asset to realize their own pursuit of life.
