分析了高功率激光装置预放大系统内外各种自激振荡的来源,通过理论计算和实验验证提出了各种自激振荡的抑制方法,并在实践中得到验证。成功解决了预放大系统内外的自激振荡问题,保障了系统的安全工作,提高了系统输出信噪比。
The sources of various kinds of self-excited oscillation inside and outside the pre-amplification system of high power laser are analyzed. Various kinds of self-oscillation inhibition methods are proposed by theoretical calculation and experimental verification, and verified in practice. Successfully solved the problem of self-oscillation in the pre-amplification system, ensured the safety of the system and improved the signal-to-noise ratio of the system.
