航空涡轮发动机叶片长期工作在高温、高压和高速的环境下,极易出现损伤。采用先进的修理技术对存在缺陷和损伤的叶片进行修复,延长其使用寿命,减少更换叶片,可获得可观的经济收益。国内航空公司维修叶片一般使用人工手动打磨的方式进行修复,但是修复精度差且效率低。针对此问题,本文设计了一种航空发动机损伤叶片自动打磨修复机器人,并采用自适应打磨加工方法,对损伤叶片进行打磨。
Aviation turbine engine blades long-term work in high temperature, high pressure and high speed environment, prone to damage. The use of advanced repair technology to repair defects in the leaves and damage, to extend its service life, reduce the replacement of blades, access to substantial economic benefits. Domestic airlines to repair leaves generally use manual manual grinding way to repair, but poor accuracy and low efficiency. In response to this problem, this paper designed a kind of aeroengine blade automatic grinding and repairing robot, and used adaptive grinding method to polish the damaged blade.
