本文针对造纸生产过程的特点,对纸机对象的建模、控制算法的实现、监控程序的设计等进行了通用化研究,建立了纸机定量水份计算机控制的通用设计软件包。用该软件包设计的计算机控制系统已在两台纸机上实施,运行两年多来已获得明显的经济效益,证明了通用化设计不失为推广纸机计算机控制系统的有效方法。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of papermaking process, the general research on the modeling of the paper machine, the realization of the control algorithm and the design of the monitoring program are carried out. The universal software package for the quantitative computer control of the paper machine is established. The computer control system designed by this software package has been implemented on two paper machines and has obtained obvious economic benefits over more than two years of operation. It proves that the universal design is an effective way to promote the paper machine computer control system.
