锂辉石选矿废水处理与回用的试验研究

为实现锂辉石选矿废水的回用,在实验室进行了尾矿浆脱水性能、废水处理及基于正交试验的浮选药剂制度优化试验研究,结果表明:采用氧化钙作为尾矿浆助沉剂时,尾矿浆脱水效果优于用硫酸、聚合硫酸铁和聚合硫酸铝作沉降剂,氧化钙最佳用量为1700g/t;不同方案处理的废水,其回用的浮选指标较脱水后直接回用并未明显改善;通过正交试验优化废水直接回用后的浮选药剂制度后,全流程闭路试验获得精矿Li2O品位为5.28%,回收率为79.16%的分选指标,与清水浮选指标相近。提出了合理添加助沉剂和调整浮选药剂制度实现锂辉石选矿废水高效回用的工艺方案。 In order to realize the reuse of spodumene wastewater, tailings slurry dehydration performance, wastewater treatment and optimization of flotation reagent system based on orthogonal experiment were studied in the laboratory. The results show that when calcium oxide is used as tailing slurry aid , The effect of tailing slurry dewatering is better than that of using sulfuric acid, polymeric ferric sulfate and polymeric aluminum sulfate as settling agent, and the optimal dosage of calcium oxide is 1700g / t. The flotation indexes of wastewater treated by different schemes are more than those of dewatering, After orthogonal test was used to optimize the flotation reagent system after direct reuse of wastewater, the whole process closed-circuit test was used to obtain the classification index of Li2O grade of concentrate of 5.28% and the recovery rate of 79.16% similar. Proposed reasonable addition of additives and adjust the flotation reagent system to achieve high efficiency spodumene wastewater reuse process program.
