针对煤矿井下安全生产的需要,设计了一种瓦斯和氧气两种气体浓度同时进行监测的系统。该系统由气敏传感器、模数转换、单片机控制器、显示器和报警器等电路组成。系统以低能耗、低电压供电的AT87LV51为处理器,以MQ-9和TiO_2气敏电阻为探头,配以高亮度的LED显示器,具有高精度、高亮度、高可靠性,具有可嵌入在其他电气设备中使用的特点。
