素质教育已成为高等教育的主旋律。而高等教育既肩负着传统文化传承的职责,也有提高学生综合素质的重任。茶文化作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分,其内容十分丰富,本文主要从茶文化的丰富内涵与其功能性入手,分析了高校开设茶文化课程的必要性。 Quality education has become the main theme of higher education. Higher education not only shoulders the responsibility of inheriting traditional culture, but also has the important task of improving the overall quality of students. As an important part of traditional Chinese culture, tea culture is very rich in content.
