振动压路机所用的轴承工况十分恶劣。与一般机械传动中所用轴承相比,它需要承受由偏心块所产生的离心力和振动轮自重复合作用下所受到的冲击,而且这种载荷通常以30Hz左右的频率交变作用。轴承被密封在振动腔内,靠飞溅油润滑轴承。如果轴承选择不合理,往往导致轴承过早疲劳剥落或轴承温度急剧升高,引起烧损,进而使轴承抱死,保持架断裂
Vibratory roller bearings used by the working conditions are very harsh. Compared with the bearings used in the general mechanical transmission, it needs to withstand the impact of centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block and the self-repetition of the vibrating wheel, and this load is usually alternating at the frequency of about 30Hz. The bearings are sealed in the vibration chamber and the bearings are lubricated with splash oil. If the bearing selection is unreasonable, it often leads to premature fatigue peeling of the bearing or a sharp rise in bearing temperature, causing burnout, which in turn causes the bearing to lock up and the cage to break.
